  • Coaching is a process based on a collaborative partnership between Coach and Client, which aims at supporting the Client’s growth and personal development.

    In a coaching relationship with 1:1 clients, there is typically a structured process to help clients increase awareness around who they are and what they want, identifying clear goals, moving into intentional actions to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

    Some important tools that the Coach may use include active listening, asking powerful questions, direct feedback, support and accountability to help the client stay on track.

    The coaching relationship usually lasts for a set period of time, often between 3 and 12 months.

    Co-Active is a model with a solid foundation in science. Harvard McLean Hospital named Co-Active “the industry gold standard” in its study about the connection between neuroscience and coaching.
